We have everything in hand.
HAGS SMP outdoor playground and sports and fitness systems are renowned for their design and build quality, their reliability and their durability.
But despite these characteristics we, like you, know that through constant use and subsequent ‘wear and tear’ even our playgrounds sports and fitness areas need to be serviced and maintained properly to ensure that they remain in tip-top condition and that they are operating to their full potential.
To make sure this is always the case we have developed a range of integrated, easily-accessible and class-leading after-sales services that not only help protect and maintain your investment, but also ensure complete peace of mind.
We call these our lifetime support services and we cover these briefly in the following six sections.
1. Project handover
Our lifetime support services can start as soon as one of our playgrounds or sports areas has been installed. We understand that many customers will require a post-installation inspection to occur before their specific ‘project’ can be ‘handed over’ . Where this is the case, we will manage the process and arrange for a qualified RPII inspector to visit, inspect and sign-off the site and the equipment used.
Extensive warranties on all equipment manufactured by HAGS SMP are available and can be found in "About" on the main menu.
3. Customer help desk
Our sales and customer service team are able to advise customers on lead times and prices for spare parts as well as a whole host of other after-sales issues. Our service team can be contacted between the hours of 8.45am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.45am and 4pm on Fridays. Our customer service number is a local rate number: 0845 260 1655.

4. Spare part availability
We understand the importance of getting the right spare parts, quickly and efficiently, to our customers and that’s where our UK manufacturing and spare parts operation comes into its own.
The most commonly required spare parts are held in stock for immediate delivery. Our Spares Team are onhand to help you order the correct parts. Please call 01757 293445 to connect directly to the Spare Parts Team.
5. Inspection & maintenance
Regular inspections and planned maintenance will reduce the likelihood of accidents occurring and will extend the life of your playground, sports area equipment and surfacing.
With over 20 years experience, our sister company, RSS provide a full range of proactive and professional inspection and maintenance services. Our inspectors are RPII approved and we have built a reputation in the market for the speed and quality of service, and for always delivering best value.

We have tried, tested and trusted systems in place, as well as a highly-qualified and dedicated team, to advise and assist customers in the following ways:
